A Little Space to Breathe

JiVA Mental Health and Compassion Unites invite you to a welcoming hour of community breathwork and meditation in the park. Breathe, pause, and reconnect through simple, accessible practices. No yoga or meditation experience is needed.

Suggested donation: $20. No one will be turned away. All proceeds will go toward supporting communities facing challenges in Nepal.

Boldly Brown: A Conversation for South Asian Men

Boldly Brown brought South Asian men in Los Angeles together for an honest conversation about dating, relationships, men’s health, identity, isolation, and substance culture.

Presented by JiVA Mental Health and ASAN and moderated by Nicholas Jain, a therapist with JiVA Mental Health, the evening made room for direct community conversation without presenting itself as group therapy.

The Power of Being Seen—JiVA Gala
