We are talking about dating and relationships, men's health, identity and isolation, and substance culture. Moderated by Nicholas Jain, therapist with JiVA. Light snacks and drinks included. California's first South Asian men's mental health group. This is not therapy in presentation. It is community, honesty, and healing in a room where South Asian men can say what they actually carry, without performing strength, without code-switching, and without leaving their culture at the door. Facilitated by a supervised MFT clinician using the Council Listening Model.

Ramadan Together
Annual virtual support group. Runs each Ramadan season. Donation-based.
A 4-week open support group for Muslims navigating the emotional, spiritual, and mental health complexities of Ramadan. Whether you are fasting, cannot fast, feel disconnected from the tradition, or are carrying grief into the month, this space holds all of it. Clinically facilitated, donation-based, and built for Muslims who have never had a space like this.

Matriarchs in Bloom
Postpartum mental health support for South Asian mothers. Virtual and in-person.
A community program for South Asian mothers in the postpartum period who are suffering in silence. Combines clinical care with ancestral wisdom, peer support, and culturally grounded community healing. South Asian mothers are among the most underserved in perinatal mental health nationally. This program exists because that is unacceptable.

Maan Mukti
Women's mental health program. Ongoing.
A culturally grounded program for South Asian women. Maan Mukti means freedom of the mind. The program creates space for South Asian women to speak honestly about the weight they carry, inside the home and outside it, and to find both community and healing in that honesty.

Desi Affinity Space
Youth mental health program. Crossroads School, Los Angeles. Quarterly.
A mental health program for South Asian high school students at Crossroads School in Los Angeles. Uses Council Listening practices and near-peer mentorship to reach South Asian teens around identity, family pressure, belonging, and what it means to grow up between two cultures. Runs quarterly in partnership with Crossroads School.

Older Adult Community Talks
Annual. Free community education event for South Asian seniors.
An annual mental health and wellness education program co-hosted with the Valley Indian Seniors Association for South Asian older adults. Each year brings a different theme. The 2026 event focused on Women's Health and the Mother Wound. Free to attend. Presented by Ektha Aggarwal, LCSW.
