Stay focused. Stay silent. Stay strong. But the truth is — carrying everything alone doesn’t make us stronger. It makes us tired. A Day for HIM – Honoring Inner Masculinity is a space to lay that weight down for a moment. No posturing. No performance. Just real talk, real tools, and real brotherhood. Whether you're building a business, raising a family, battling burnout, or just trying to make sense of it all — this day is for you. You don’t have to explain yourself. You just have to show up. |

SAHAS 2023 Gala (pre-JiVA)
SAHAS, the South Asian Health Awareness Society, was the foundation of JiVA Mental Health. It is a groundbreaking initiative designed to shatter the stigma surrounding mental health within the South Asian community. Derived from the Hindi word for courage, bravery, and strength, SAHAS strives to promote awareness, advocacy, and support in the realm of mental well-being.

Boldly Brown - Men's Health Event
June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and we at JiVA started the first ever South Asian men's event in Los Angeles, CA A fundamental understanding is slowly developing on how wellness better allows men to step into their power and purpose. However, for many men, especially within the South Asian and Middle Eastern American communities, these conversations are still rare. Cultural constraints and limited access to culturally contextual mental healthcare continue to make it tough for men of color. JiVA Mental Health we are changing that.
Boldly Brown: Defining Our Paths is dedicated to exploring the mental health challenges and triumphs of South Asian and Middle Eastern men. Our special panel brought men from different decades and walks of life to share their unique experiences and insights.
