About the event

Cultivating Healthy Connections: A South Asian Mental Health Gathering

Join us on February 4, 2024, for a groundbreaking gathering  dedicated to fostering meaningful dialogue on relationships and strengthening ties within the South Asian community.

This event will feature 2 panel speakers from our community who will share their insights on nurturing relationships and dismantling stigmas that often surround mental health in South Asian cultures. We will cover topics around divorce, inter-racial relationships, getting married later in life, LGBTQIA+, and many more!  It's an opportunity to engage with thought leaders, gain new perspectives, and participate in a conversation that matters.

We understand the importance of togetherness, so we've arranged a complimentary lunch to encourage community.

Drinks tastings will be provided by Jivanti and the bar will be available for guests to enjoy free spirt and spirit forward drinks as they mingle and connect.

We're not just gathering to talk; we're coming together to build a network of support and understanding.

Don't miss out on this pivotal event where community, culture, and mental health intersect. Let's unite to cultivate healthy connections that can flourish within and beyond our community.
